The scotch fille... read more For the main course, I went with a medium-rare scotch fillet, beef rendang, and Cajun-spiced beef ribs. Unfortunately, these dishes fell short. The scotch fillet was more rare than medium, the rendang was decent but easily forgettable, and the ribs featured an unusual blend of Cajun spices that didn't quite work. Subidoo seems unsure of its identity. While the menu states it is inspired by South American cuisine, it leans more towards Asian flavors. The decor is an odd combination of a London train station restroom and a modern loft apartment, creating a confusing atmosphere. This place has the potential to be fantastic but ultimately fails to deliver. It's disappointing. I would give it a C+ and might consider giving it another shot... maybe.
