While the core of the business are the choripanes, I recommend the two burgers they have in the letter. They're delicious. the meat is a mixture of anca tip and morrillo, has tocineta and cheddar cheese or pepper jack. It's very good. Choripanes are also delicious, but if you are a burger lover, you have to go through this place and try them. the place is small, has a terracotta at the entrance and a second floor with about 4 or 5 tables. There are almost always free tables, so you don't have to wait. very recommended.

A small but cozy place, the service is attentive. We had heard it a while ago and had a high expectation, maybe that was the problem. the chorizos come in bread, hot dog type, we taste the Colombian and the Mexican, we well presented, but of a very normal taste, for the fame that has the place. We have also found something expensive, two chorizos (colombian and Mexican), a portion of potato, water with gas and a colombian club, because $47,000. I would come back if I eventually am in the area and want a chorizo, but I don't think we programmed a trip just to go there.

We ordered a Mexican chorizo and a chorizo criollo, we expected a little more toppings but are rather a salsa so if you go hungry we recommend ordering some entry, the ratio price quality did not seem to me according to, by two jets, a bottle of water, a beer a portion of potatoes that were no more than 5 helmets( very small,) the cost was 65 thousand pesos. Small and relaxed atmosphere. The best choripan I've eaten so far in bogota. 100% recommended xistorra choripan. Input empanadas are also very good and very attentive service.
