Contribute FeedbackLocated in Brooklyn, Oaxaca offers a diverse menu with both meat and vegan options. Despite some mix-ups with orders and communication issues, the vegetarian choices are commendable. The vegan protein options, like the "chicken" in the burrito, are particularly enjoyable. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. With organic, non-GMO tortillas, the restaurant serves satisfying Mexican fare. The extensive vegan menu, including tasty tacos, provides a fair price for quality food. While there were some service mishaps and high prices, Oaxaca remains a solid choice for those seeking a vegan-friendly Mexican meal in Brooklyn.
The restaurant is ordered online. they accused me and no one answered the phone. I called everyone to load in nyc and nobody can give me a refund. very disappointing. I received a text and an e-mail that my eating was ready at 20:42 o'clock, but the restaurant was completely dark and nobody was there at 20:49 o'clock.
Do not waste your time and in any case do not order delivery. I ordered directly from her website and they sent me the wrong articles because they were from what I ordered. instead of calling to ask what I want, instead of sending random food I don't ask or pay for - without saying a word! I called and the person over the phone told me they had a new cook that doesn't know what he's doing. She promised a refund. that never happened, and they're fighting with my bank about the indictment.
Make sure that they check the price of the items they charge when it comes to a date. I order a cheese quadilla that costs $7.50 with control it is $8.17 but my card warned me that I was charged $9.29 I asked the cash, why and she fucked around herself, looked extremely nervous when I asked her. I asked for a quitting and she said she didn't know how to print the quitting. ? she then said she would write her manager and ask how to print the acknowledgement I never received. I've never received an answer before, why I was charged extra. someone I know had the same experience. this bank could be secretly tapping without her knowing. her name is marilyn.
Good as always, friendly staff and excellent eating. among many good Mexican restaurants in the city is oxaca on my list.
Music was so loud that even though I repeated my order enough times, it was still wrong when I got it home. It's too late to go back out to have them fix it. Disappointing. I really liked this place.
