They didn't even offer compensation, and their appetizer orders were only half correct. Not recommended! They simply forgot about you!

I have been using the Mövenpick Hotel regularly for business for over ten years, including for trade fairs and conferences. Dinner was ultimately saved only by the service and dessert. At the Trollinger restaurant in the wine-producing city of Stuttgart, there is no longer any Trollinger on the wine list. According to our server, we weren't the first to point this out. The cheese spaetzle are generously portioned, but due to being made with the wrong cheese (where's the Bergkäse? , they're largely flavorless. Considering the competitive prices, it's a shame as a calling card for the state capital. Breakfast suffers from massive cuts: no more Emmental cheese in a block, no more rösti, no more Mövenpick yogurt...
