Since it was already foreseeable the day before that it could be difficult in terms of flooding, we wanted to find out more on the homepage. There was nothing saying “not applicable”. When we called twice to ask for a call back and we also formulated our question, nothing came. In the afternoon we drove to the theater ship through complete traffic chaos because we thought that if there was nothing on the homepage, then there might be a reference to an alternative location there. That was NOT the case. So catastrophic traffic chaos for nothing. Thanks for nothing. Conclusion: here too, revenue is more important than customer service. The guests could have been informed via an announcement on the AM and the homepage.

Drinks for the theater break can be pre-ordered at the bar before the play begins. This means no one has to wait in line during the break. The drinks are then already on the reserved table announced with the order. Prices are fair, only cash payment possible. Cheap parking in the “Mühlgrün” parking garage right next to the theater ship.
