I have been Accor member for years and never seen this level of unprofessional service. it starts with the fact the hotel has 3 elevators and only 1is working f... read more I have been Accor member for years and never seen this level of unprofessional service. it starts with the fact the hotel has 3 elevators and only 1is working for the whole hotel, the staircase is closed due to maintance. This leaves the outside fire emergency exit but then you are unable to get back inside. The Spa and pool are very nice and clean. Only issue was a dude pretending to be Epstein and demanding my son of 15 had to take off his swimming gear while enjoying the hottub. Started a heavy discussion with me while I was enjoying the sauna not wearing any gear. Then the checkout, on exit all was fine until we wanted to drive out of the garage they forgot to activate the ticket. we called, called and everntually backed up and parked to go back inside. They demanded 700 euro as this was the outstanding amount. The rooms were prepaid and the remainder of payment was 50 euro and for this they took a deposit of 300..... Plus I am an Accor member so they have full access to my credit card. Finally 2 of my companions (different rooms used the breakfast (downstairs and were charged 64 euro each for 2 morning visits (1 croisant, cup of coffee and a banana... And when I asked why the fee was so rediculous high they wrote me you enjoyed room service..... So no, big no, never again. I can recommend everybody to book a different hotel!! NOT worth Accor level!!

Great location. Silence. But. Bad WIFI connection and low speed. Not fully operation at sauna. Not well managed house keeping. Not well considered Accor Members... read more Great location. Silence. But. Bad WIFI connection and low speed. Not fully operation at sauna. Not well managed house keeping. Not well considered Accor Membership even Platinum. One of the elevators is broken, so only two are running, making it a bit crowded in the mornings.
