Every det... read more A deserved five stars for this amazing restaurant in Stuttgart West. First, the service is amazing, the waitress was super friendly, helpful and nice. Every detail is perfect in this restaurant. I ordered a cow's strength broth with a peeled muzzle and Swabian rust roast with crispy onions and hand-cut latency: The meat was so delicious and soft, Spätzle was so delicious and the onions were also so crispy and delicious. I enjoyed every detail of my experience in this restaurant and I recommended it very much if you want to enjoy a Swabian food in Stuttgart.

The owner, who is also the chef, conjures up incredibly delicious dishes with lots of love. Every detail on the plate was a delight! Everything is freshly prepared, so don't come expecting something like you'd eat at a fast-food restaurant. Despite that, we didn't have to wait long. The roast beef and veal cheeks were amazing, as were the side dishes (the most delicious spinach and the hand-grated spaetzle were a POEM! . The variety of dishes is fantastic. And our service was simply fantastic! Very attentive, competent, and, when there's time, always up for a pleasant chat
