Meist gibts ne Suppe oder Eintopf, vegetarisches gericht und ein Fleisch/Fischgericht, jede Woche einen anderen nachtisch, Salate, Spätzle mit Soss und Birchermüsli, sowie Kaffee und verschiedene Getränke immer auf der Karte... Auch wenns voll ist - kaum/kurze Wartezeiten ! TOP, im Sommer mitten im Westen sogar zum Draussensitzen im "Hinterhof/kleine Terasse.

Quite a few cafes in Germany have this concept of "Mittagstisch" where they have a few items everyday as the lunch menu. This is the case with Rappen, which has a few options (also a vegan option) for lunch. The cuisine is German and sometimes some international dishes find their way on the menu, although these are adapted to the German palate and not 'authentische' ;)Food is quite tasty and service is fast. I love the ambience and Rappen gives off very cozy vibes. There is also an open area at the back which is great when the sun is out. In short - check the menu placed outside the door. If there is something you like, go in and you will be happy :)

Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, der Service sehr nett. Bei gutem Wetter gibt es einen netten Hinterhof, wo man draußen sitzen kann.
