Boss and the blonde lady were very friendly and quick. Reservation is recommended, despite Wednesday evening. There were enough parking spaces. Price-performance very good . What would be good: for some dishes €2 less for a small portion. Overall, only recommended. A cozy Swabian parlor, something you rarely find anymore.

The food is excellent; there are dishes that hardly anyone else offers anymore, such as kidneys with wonderful roast potatoes and salad. Since cozy dining in a pleasant atmosphere is dying out in Stuttgart and regional cuisine is becoming increasingly rare, I, as a passionate amateur cook, will probably have to drive regularly from Vaihingen to Hofen in the future if I don 't want to cook for myself. I haven 't enjoyed such delicious home-cooked food in pleasant company in a long time. My heartfelt recommendation; it 's worth a visit...
