Last night I probably had the worst customer service experience of my life at this place. We have been going here regularly for years and will never go back. .
Beautiful place especially in summer. they can sit outside and enjoy the delicious shisha. the personal is friendly and the atmosphere is very beautiful overall

Last night I had probably the worst customer service experience of my life at this place. We have been going here regularly for 2 years and will never go back again. We arrived and placed drink orders and a shisha order, and were told all the hookahs were being used at the moment. We thanked the server and chatted for about 10 minutes before flagging him down and asking if any of the hookahs were available yet. His reponse was literally If you ask again, I am going to throw you out of here. Which is a ridiculous escalation that came out of nowhere. All of us were a little stunned by his response, and went back to our conversation. Another 10 minutes went by and we flagged him down and asked if he had an estimate for when a hookah would be available. He told us he had warned us not to ask again, and that we had to pay for our dirnks and leave, and when we protested, he called the bouncers in who physically removed us from the location. This is not how you run a business, particularly when dealing with people who are regular customers. Do not give these people your money, they don 't deserve it.
If I could put zero stars, I would. My friends and family were denied entrance. The old blonde lady bouncer was very rude to us. She told us we didn't fit the description and continued to let in a bunch of regular looking girls in. My friends and I are all in our 20's and a good looking bunch. Either they just weren't accepting Americans that night or the old lady is just always that rude. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. The place was packed and everyone was just standing around listening to the same music played at all the other lounge/clubs on the street. Nothing special about this place except the cheap middle eastern decor. We originally went for their hookah specials,which they stop serving at 11pm. You wouldn't know unless you call...but when you call there is always a busy signal. This place is a waste of time and a big disappointment.
