What Gesa Weis dislikes about Ebony:
an African restaurant in the middle of the west!? I don't complain for a second. the service was great, eating was great, and the experience was great all around. I can't ask for anything. Okay, I lived in Africa for almost six years. Maybe I need to remember that when I tell them that spicy is okay. next time I'm just gonna heat them a little. or as the gf of my kumpels always says: "pour some fire on it" View all feedback.

WOOOOOOOOW!!!! I love African food especially Ethiopian and this restaurant hit *ALL* the buttons. I've tried this cuisine in Kenya, Tanzania, England, the US, Spain, Singapore Germany and this is one is the best! We ordered the pumpkin curry soup (seasonal) and the Hetznot to share. We didn't get a picture of the soup because we ate it too fast it was that good! All of the flavors were perfect, from the injera to the okra, collard greens, curried cauliflower, the meats chicken on the bone (the only way to cook it), lamb... ohhhh the lamb. I live 5 hours away and I will be dreaming about coming back and drooling every time I remember our experience here. Thank you for the authentic food, great service friendly smiles. We will find a way to make it back!
