The pasta dishes were good, but many were just average or bad. The 1 star rating is due to the poor service. I think we had 6 different waiters, all very young, inexperienced and not attuned to each other. A few of my highlights: ordered a bottle of wine for 6, tried sips in all the glasses ?! and then filled 2 of the 6 glasses to 0.2l until she realized that it didn 't work. So the remaining people only got a spit swallow. Of course we ordered another bottle haha. We had to ask for plates for the starter and three times for the right cutlery for the main course. No eye for important details. Communication problems with the staff, who couldn 't pronounce the dishes correctly and sometimes brought dishes from other tables. It 's all pretty wild. 3/6 waiters were friendly, I think the other 3 were just hectic and overwhelmed. Once, right after the main course was served, a waitress came and asked if everything was there and OK. No one else was there, neither to ask if everything was okay nor to take drink orders. They always had to be placed if someone happened to walk past within shouting distance or brought food. After we complained about a side dish and were offered a dessert as compensation, things really started. A second waitress came and asked for feedback. This not only received the feedback on the side dish, but also the entire feedback bad side dish, beef strips fried to death, dishes mixed up and not brought, nothing cleared away or only when asked, 2/6 people soiled with dirty cutlery when clearing up, just to name a few to name a few things . We were then offered the entire dessert on the house. Good until then. The same waitress then came back and wanted to know which waitress it was with the dirty dishes, which we found extremely strange and inappropriate. Without the information we can 't get dessert on the house because none of them remember this happening. Interesting, because the person crawled around under the table between us and picked up the cutlery... You can forget about it... Then we decided that it was ok and we would rather pay for the dessert than name the 'culprit ' . Topic settled for us. 2 waitresses came again to find the culprit, we stuck to the fact that we would rather pay and said we really wanted to put an end to the topic because we were increasingly annoyed by the situation, whereupon the waitress really wanted to hear that we should leave the shop anyway Leaving super happy. After we didn 't say that and also pointed out that if this didn 't stop now it would be a reason for a bad rating at the latest, everyone shrugged off until the cook ??? Or head chef? I don 't know came out extremely emotional and unprofessional , to basically tell us again that none of this ever happened and that the waitress is now crying. Aha? Didn 't stop discussing, had zero interest in a solution and in the end no one thought about the possible negative consequences. If it hadn 't been for the discussion, they would still have gotten their tip from us, which would have been more than the value of 4 or 5 desserts on a bill of almost €400.
