However, this time my salad had glass shards and Styrofoam in it, which is not exactly harmless. I also heard from colleagues that they have already found snails and ballpoint pens in the salad. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. Please be more attentive in the future, then I might order something again, but with things like this in the food, I'll unfortunately miss it and can therefore only give one star. Update: I've ordered there a few times now. Unfortunately, price-performance is very poor. The to-go bowls have become smaller. For 2 salads almost 40€ and that for a mini portion, where you pay less and get more in a restaurant. The extras that you of course also pay extra for, sometimes at least an extra charge of almost 1€ is a joke. I ordered extra red cabbage and there was a mini snippet inside. That's actually a disgrace. Things are still often forgotten or mixed up when placing orders. According to the last answer (I assume it's a standard answer), I don't think it's going to happen again to instruct the staff and schools. They also said they would find a solution and accommodate me with my last complaint about the broken glass. You can guess….. NOTHING NEVER HAPPENED!!! The salads still taste great. But the price-performance ratio and the too many mistakes made by the staff continue to decline. Unfortunately, as a customer you feel a little ripped off.

Only after asking was I informed t... read more I ordered a Veggie Buddha Bowl using the self-service kiosk. When it arrived, I was given a bowl with rice instead of quinoa. Only after asking was I informed that the branch was only serving rice that day. The employee tried to persuade me to just eat the rice. I was told that a refund was not possible because I had paid electronically at the kiosk. After a lengthy discussion, I was offered the bowl with salad instead. The salad wasn 't fresh, and the grilled vegetables were swimming in oil and half-raw. The full price I paid was completely unreasonable for this dish. After my experience with the unfriendly employee, I didn 't dare ask for a replacement. Customer service has not responded to my complaint to this day. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant, especially if you have food intolerances. Edit: As suggested, I contacted the branch again by email. The response from an employee was rude and outrageous.
