Shortly af... read more Today I went to this restaurant to buy food. I placed an initial order, which was given to me immediately since it was already prepared at the front. Shortly after, I realized I wanted to add two more items (a samosa and naan) and politely asked if I could place an additional order and wait. The staff member at the counter responded in a very aggressive manner, saying it was a “problem” because I was asking for a second order after the first one, and then he said that it was a problem for the kitchen staff. This was confusing and disappointing, especially since I was willing to wait, and the first order did not involve kitchen preparation. Because of the aggressive attitude, I declined the second order and left with only my first order. If a customer politely asks to add items and is willing to wait, it should be handled calmly and professionally. A better attitude would greatly improve the customer experience.
