From the brownie we found a blond hair, and the cake we order shown in the Liferando info was supposed to have berries on it, but the delivered one was an Apfuelkuchen, which was not even on the menu. Delivering a Dessert poorly to the customer that wants to enjoy it at home and asking him for coming over to the cafe for refund? What would be the reason of offering delivery Service in this case? if I were you, I would cancel the Transaction that was made in Liferando, so that I might get the refund you mentioned.
