While the food had been OK I wonder why you have to select how you want your Burger to be grilled if at the end it will come well-done.I did order mine medium rare and my wife did order hers medium.A bit to pricey for such a basic mistakes

We arrived on time, but had to wait half an hour outside the store, and then there was no apology for the long wait. Then the fries were missing. My vegan patty was burnt and so dry. Both burgers weren 't juicy. The homemade ketchup wasn 't really there at all, and it was more like tomato paste. The salad (I thought they used crispy romaine lettuce for burgers) was soggy. The thick, ridged beetroot slices from the jar weren 't great either. My salad, which cost €6.45, was missing the vinaigrette. All in all, very disappointing for the money. We were so happy, but we won 't be back. Addendum to the owner 's response: When I called, your employee (who was very friendly) told me that dine-in was no longer possible. Of course, I would have liked to eat at your store, but I wasn 't upset at all. I said on the phone, No problem at all. Next time then. So I can 't understand at all how that impression came about. We arrived on time, and we had to wait half an hour. I very rarely write reviews, so why would I lie? I can 't answer why it was displayed differently in your system. I wasn 't talking about the cheap iceberg lettuce either. I found the Lollo Rosso quite soggy and unsuitable, so I had to remove it. Oh, by the way, we ate the burgers after 5 minutes. I think you can still expect fresh lettuce. I never said your ketchup wasn 't homemade. It was barely there and just tasted like tomato paste. And thank you for accusing me of not knowing what homemade ketchup is. I 've been vegan for many years and make a lot of things myself. I don 't use thick slices of beetroot from a jar. You just can 't handle criticism. But that 's not my problem. Best regards!
