Pita Pit - Stuttgart

Just Went to pita pit for lunch and ordered 2 large chicken Caesar’s. a little thrown off by the lady’s tone and unhappiness. It’s like she was annoyed I ordered lunch. Besides the whole experience being rush rush rush I was pretty disappointed when she put 46 little strips of chicken and just broke them all Up for both large pitas. I understand it goes by weight but there was no more than 2-3 ounces combined for both pitas. Then loaded with handfuls of lettuce and tomatoes. And tiny spoonful of cheese. All for 36 dollars!!!! Defiantly will not stay in business with these issues. It’s too bad cause pitas are great! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went into the store this afternoon and we ordered two small pitas- chicken and Buffalo chicken and one soft drink. The prices the order taker charged were 11:49 for the chicken and 9.99 for the Buffalo. They both should have been 9.99. When we brought this to the girl's attention she tried to say it was because the taxes are added into the price. But the taxes are shown separately and the Buffalo pita price was correctly printed on the receipt as 9.99. She insisted that the prices charged were correct, although the look on her face clearly showed that she knew it was wrong. Instead of taking accountability she chose to argue about it. Anyways, she should know better and more importantly she should know to never argue with customers. This is the first rule in customer service. I guess I would have to find another spot to satisfy my hunger next time.

Awful customer service tonight. Went in around dinner time and the girl working was so rude to us. When we were ordering, she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes at us the entire time. Super uncomfortable interaction to say the least, definitely not the way to make people wanna come back again.

I waited for 40 minutes to finally request a refund. There was 1 person in line ahead of me and 1 person being served in which her Pita chicken was burnt and he had to start again. They had no steak available he advised. The clerk was alone, expressed that he didn't know how to work the cash, he said he was a cook, not a cashier, and wasn't familiar with the different kinds of products. Charged me the wrong price and was frustrated when I asked him to fix it. Finally took my order and when he started to grill, fumbling, looking at a chart on the wall, and had the incorrect items grilling. I had been there for 1/2 hr at this point and I asked for a refund. He said he didn't know how to process a refund and rudely advised me that I would have to wait until he served everyone else or come back tomorrow for a refund. I said I would wait. He punched at the cash for a few minutes when I suggested he call someone to figure it out. He finally called someone and processed my refund. In the process of all this, two separate skip the dishes delivery people came in and he advised both of them he didn't get their orders. I'm a regular customer and will never set foot in your establishment on lasalle blvd in sudbury again. I was in there for 40 minutes and left with no dinner. Unacceptable service.
