Reviews - Sidehack Saloon
Reviews summary
The Sideshack Saloon offers a mixed experience for diners seeking a casual eatery with outdoor seating. Guests appreciate the good food and friendly service, particularly during less busy times. However, many have reported issues with slow service and cleanliness, along with overpriced and greasy dishes. While a few customers highlight vibrant atmospheres during events like the motorcycle rally, others express dissatisfaction with staff attitudes and waiting times. Overall, Sideshack excels in beer selection and appetizers, but inconsistent service detracts from its appeal for some visitors.

I am just so very freaked out that I got a notification from GOOGLE,!! asking me about a location/establishment I was just at, and goes on to ask me about the experience I had their. Then it goes right into a very personal questionair about who I waswith, what I ate, what I drank, and how much I spent on each/per person...... ABSOLUTLY INCREDIBLE!!!! These algorithms aredesigned to track and log every one's inter most personal movements and lives right down to giving someone a ride to the sidehack! Big tech like Google is out of control with this.
I visited Sidehack Saloon for Saturday brunch. Although the staff were friendly, the service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. It took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us after we were seated, and nearly an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. The food was generally good, except for a few pieces of burnt bacon.
Went for brunch on a Saturday morning. While the service was friendly, it was very slow, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. After we were seated it took our server about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. And it took almost an hour after ordering to get our food. At least the food was good, aside from some burnt bacon strips.
We had a wonderful lunch at a distinctive restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly.
I visited Sidehack Saloon twice—once for dinner and once for breakfast. Each meal was absolutely delicious! The staff and waitresses were very friendly. Just a heads up for East Coast folks who enjoy corned beef hash: it’s quite different from what you might be used to. Instead of a typical hash, it features chunks of corned beef and potatoes. The flavor is great, just not quite what I expected. Definitely worth a visit!

Went in for lunch took 45 minutes to get water and menus. Hostess told us server would be there in a couple minutes. Server walked around us and took and served everyone around us that were sat after us and ignored us. We got up and left. Dont recommend.
Terrible!!! It’s crazy to me that you can’t opt out of things on your meal even after the rally is over. There were 4 people in the restaurant and no one came back to check on us, refill our drinks, or even give us our bill. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Unfortunately it is sad that the customer service suffered during and after the rally.
Really bad people and not professional they do a lot of illegal stuff on the strip club that is not right Especially The manager HOLLY is the most disgusting and racist person I have ever met in my entire life apart from being a liar and not at all professional and a thief. The police should get more involved and see what is going on inside there.

If i could i would give negative stars. Went 3-17-23, bartender was nice but very slow and wanted us to leave so she could go home, it was 730PM. Its not why the place gets this bad review though, i went the next morning on 3-18-23 for breakfast Server was rude and im sure he didnt want to be there. They clearly dont wipe down anything from the tables to salt and pepper shakers, etc. Maybe they need to get some employees that actually want to be there and ones that clean too. Breakfast food was pretty good, prob the only thing the place has going for them. It was a little cold but im sure that was because my rude waiter was to busy gambling. Our family will not be back. So if you want lazy rude service with decent food this is the place
The food is over priced, over cooked, and smothered in grease. the eggs had grease running off of them. Yet again a bar food type restaurant, I wouldn't waste my time here.
Typical bar food here. The menu has a good selection. I ordered French dip that was a little over cooked, but happy it wasn't fatty!! The au jus sauce was really good to dip into. The fries are thick seasoned well! Service was fast friendly. Although they don't like to deviate from the menu! It will come as advertised! We parked in the back lot walked through the back door. There was a large table of 15 bikers finishing their meal another couple dining in. They have plenty of seating. I noticed a long stairway that led to a Gentleman's Club! We did not go up-maybe next time?!
I have been going to Sidehack for two years. Good food and great staff. I enjoy the atmosphere.
Wish this place would have more consistency. I've been here a handful of times and have had some decent experiences. Unfortunately my recent visit was not so great. Bartender was not very friendly. Food was horrible. It was cold and undercooked. She never came back to ask if I needed another drink. Told her the chicken had a funny taste and instead of apologizing she told me she was going to have to try as saying I was lying. Still made me pay for a meal I didn't eat. They have amazing **** Mary's but I think I'll go to the Knuckle from now on.

Good food, good service, a tad slow, but we were there in the off-season. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Racing Ruben Melt Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
New ownership has cleaned this place up. Food was awesome. Owner was working with the staff and conversing with customers. Service was prompt and friendly. As a former local I quit going in due to bad service and horrible food. Now I am sad I moved as the Side Hack rocks it all. Kid-friendliness: This is a respectful establishment, children are welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: The back door is wide and ground level, easily accessible with a wheelchair.
Very limited menu, greasy spoon breakfast. Don't ask about anything that's not actually printed on the menu. I got a bewildered and somewhat negative response when asking for ham cheese scrambled eggs. Then overheard a similar experience at a nearby table. Server seemed very annoyed. OJ serving size was tiny.
