Absolutely amazing place great food staff is friendly and welcoming service was fantastic !!!
I've never had a bad experience at Sidehacks. Always good food, beverages, and a great outdoor seating area to enjoy the views. Parking: Parking in the alley for vehicles. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for ADA.
Went in for lunch took 45 minutes to get water and menus. Hostess told us server would be there in a couple minutes. Server walked around us and took and served everyone around us that were sat after us and ignored us. We got up and left. Dont recommend.
If you're looking for somewhere to eat, don't pick here. Flies everywhere. Eerily empty. Nasty food, high prices. Maybe this would've been better if I was plastered
Terrible!!! It’s crazy to me that you can’t opt out of things on your meal even after the rally is over. There were 4 people in the restaurant and no one came back to check on us, refill our drinks, or even give us our bill. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Unfortunately it is sad that the customer service suffered during and after the rally.
The Sideshack Saloon offers a mixed experience for diners seeking a casual eatery with outdoor seating. Guests appreciate the good food and friendly service, particularly during less busy times. However, many have reported issues with slow service and cleanliness, along with overpriced and greasy dishes. While a few customers highlight vibrant atmospheres during events like the motorcycle rally, others express dissatisfaction with staff attitudes and waiting times. Overall, Sideshack excels in beer selection and appetizers, but inconsistent service detracts from its appeal for some visitors.

Went for brunch on a Saturday morning. While the service was friendly, it was very slow, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. After we were seated it took our server about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. And it took almost an hour after ordering to get our food. At least the food was good, aside from some burnt bacon strips.
We had a wonderful lunch at a distinctive restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly.
The food was really cold, and we felt it was overpriced for the quantity we received. However, our waitress provided decent service.
I am just so very freaked out that I got a notification from GOOGLE,!! asking me about a location/establishment I was just at, and goes on to ask me about the experience I had their. Then it goes right into a very personal questionair about who I waswith, what I ate, what I drank, and how much I spent on each/per person...... ABSOLUTLY INCREDIBLE!!!! These algorithms aredesigned to track and log every one's inter most personal movements and lives right down to giving someone a ride to the sidehack! Big tech like Google is out of control with this.
I was surprised when I received a notification from Google asking about my recent visit to a restaurant. They prompted me to share my experience, but then the survey took an uncomfortable turn. It asked very personal questions, like who I dined with, what I ordered and drank, and how much everyone spent. It’s shocking how these algorithms seem to track and record such detailed personal information, even including ride-share details. Big tech companies like Google are definitely crossing boundaries with this.

The food was really good, but the service was really questionable. Went in for breakfast on May 27, 2021. Server was not attentive not only to us, but two other tables near is. Had to stand up waive coffee cups for refills. The other tables had to get up and get the salt n' pepper that they had asked for. Never checked back to see if the food was okay or if we needed anything. Acted like she didn't want to be there. Hopefully this server receives more training. The three star reflects the service, not the food.
If i could i would give negative stars. Went 3-17-23, bartender was nice but very slow and wanted us to leave so she could go home, it was 730PM. Its not why the place gets this bad review though, i went the next morning on 3-18-23 for breakfast Server was rude and im sure he didnt want to be there. They clearly dont wipe down anything from the tables to salt and pepper shakers, etc. Maybe they need to get some employees that actually want to be there and ones that clean too. Breakfast food was pretty good, prob the only thing the place has going for them. It was a little cold but im sure that was because my rude waiter was to busy gambling. Our family will not be back. So if you want lazy rude service with decent food this is the place
This place is absolutely the worst place to ever work for let alone be at. They all are in on the sex trafficking. They only watch the front and let ANYONE out back. The girls can't go to their cars without some number on their car or some random object under their tire. If you support them. Idk what to tell you. I hope you all hurt when you see hell. And I hope Holly and Brian come for me. You only make money off the trafficking. F
The food is over priced, over cooked, and smothered in grease. the eggs had grease running off of them. Yet again a bar food type restaurant, I wouldn't waste my time here.
Typical bar food here. The menu has a good selection. I ordered French dip that was a little over cooked, but happy it wasn't fatty!! The au jus sauce was really good to dip into. The fries are thick seasoned well! Service was fast friendly. Although they don't like to deviate from the menu! It will come as advertised! We parked in the back lot walked through the back door. There was a large table of 15 bikers finishing their meal another couple dining in. They have plenty of seating. I noticed a long stairway that led to a Gentleman's Club! We did not go up-maybe next time?!

New ownership has cleaned this place up. Food was awesome. Owner was working with the staff and conversing with customers. Service was prompt and friendly. As a former local I quit going in due to bad service and horrible food. Now I am sad I moved as the Side Hack rocks it all. Kid-friendliness: This is a respectful establishment, children are welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: The back door is wide and ground level, easily accessible with a wheelchair.
Very limited menu, greasy spoon breakfast. Don't ask about anything that's not actually printed on the menu. I got a bewildered and somewhat negative response when asking for ham cheese scrambled eggs. Then overheard a similar experience at a nearby table. Server seemed very annoyed. OJ serving size was tiny.
