The night staff is truly disappointing! The service is subpar, and they consistently make mistakes. It’s not worth my time to go to McDonald's anymore.
The service was slow, despite having a large number of staff on hand. Additionally, I noticed several customers returning with order mistakes, including my own.
Very slow service through the drive thru. And even more frustrating when they don't take orders in order. I have been in line for 10+ minutes and...
I must've hit it at an off time as our order was correct, timely received (except the burritos, which mgr brought out fresh and hot) and delicious!
