KFC - Sturgeon Falls

Most of the time i dont leave reviews since i work in the restaurant business, but i have to be honest my experience tonight has been the worst that i have ever seen. i made my 80$ order and got it in 4 minutes which is fantastic time for an order the problem was the chicken was cold the gravy was so watered down it wasnt even gravy and the frys tasted like they were 20 minutes old. Now to be fair they had skip order and call in orders ahead of me and i understand this but when i called to bring this disgrace of a food experience to their attention i was dismissed as a irrate customer looking for a handout i wasnt asked to bring in my food to show them just dismissed as someone who works at another restaurant close by if my boss heard i did that to a customer I'd have to 1 pay for that meal then I'd be fired. you have lost a customer for life kfc!!!!!! thanks for letting me keep my money in the future for a business that deserves my attention

Went to this location this evening at 6:50pm they locked the door and shut off the open sign as I was walking up to the front door. Supposed to close at 9pm. Nice work!

The chicken was shimmy and did not taste good it was one of my favorite places to get a bucket of chicken it was absolutely disgusting thanks KFC on Algonquin.

Poor service so far been there three time and every time I'm missing something and get stuff I never ordered sad think about if there reviews are fake as well

Just seriously not the KFC of my youth. Sad for the younger generations who won't know the difference. Of the CRISPY, CRUNCHY Chicken that it used to be. Chicken not covered with the CRISPY batter. Not to mention the way they cut up the Chicken now. And the much smaller chickens that they use. Hardly worth it. Can't wait for Popeyes Chicken to open near me
