Yesterday, we saw a waitress who told us right away that we might not like Pilsen, because it is only at the bottom of the barrel. A new barrel with Gambrinus is said to be unable to meet until he sells all of Pilsen! I asked what she would do would she keep serving old pilsners to the guests... and warn them like she warned us? Apparently, many people don't know it was her answer. If I'm not a beer expert, I don't know! So gentlemen!!!! That's professionalism!!! Furthermore, steak tartare has no level, only garlic, ketchup and mustard were found in the meatballs. Overall we were very dissatisfied and will not go to Csarda again. At least not until the service and food quality improve!
