The salad bar was almost empty at 18.30 hrs on a Friday evening, when I asked when it will be filled the female chef looked at me without a smile and said when I get around to it, the main meal was fine except we were sat under a air conditioning vent blowing cold air, we asked the waitress if it could be turned down and she said it couldn't be, This place could be great, but attention to deal is sadly missing Servic... The food was lovely but service was terrible. We were a large group celebrating a birthday but the restaurant was fairly empty at 6.30pm. By the time our food came out 50 minutes after ordering, the kids were starving. After dinner, we asked to see the dessert menu which was provided after waiting another 15 minutes, but then no one came to collect our order for another 35 minutes. By then it was so late for the kids, we decided we didn't want to wait potentially another half an hour for desserts to appear. Our plates were never taken away. We didn't leave til gone 9pm. Such a shame as the food was lovely and tasty and we also had a 40% off voucher so our meal and a drink only cost £15pp. Wheelchair accessibility: Spaces are just outside the front door and it's all level thresholds. There is ramp access to the salad bar.
