We?ve been eating here for awhile and the food has always been good HOWEVER this evening I literally had a BANDAID in my food. No joke. I?ve never been more grossed out.

Has gotten really bad. Much better Chinese restaurants in the area. Very poor customer service.

Sad no taste, no spice, no condiments. Strange Pork Fried Rice, No vegetables in meal just cooked lettuce. Tried to communicate she said No No....hahaha

We ordered takeout and requested four plates of food. After picking up our order and returning home, we discovered that we only received three plates. We went back to the restaurant with the receipt showing we had paid for four plates. However, the woman at the register shouted at us, insisting that we needed to pay for the missing food to receive it. Despite explaining that we had already paid, she essentially accused us of lying and refused to give us the missing plate without additional payment. The customer service was terrible, and we felt cheated. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Feeling grossed out by the string of negative reviews I read, I ultimately decided to leave. Shortly after, the staff called me to say my order was ready, but I explained that I was smart enough to learn from the mistakes of others. I encouraged her to take a look at their online profile and address the issues that customers were facing. As my mom used to say, "Ten thousand Frenchmen can’t be wrong," meaning so many people can't all be lying. I also pointed out the nightmarish reviews on Google, hoping she would see the need for improvement. Unfortunately, I don’t think she understood me, and I certainly had difficulty understanding her (no offense intended, just being honest). In my opinion, if you're going to start a business, you should at least ensure it’s running cleanly and respectfully, and learn enough of the language to communicate clearly with your customers. Given all the negative reviews, I felt it was a wise decision not to take the risk of trying their food.
