I never go to this particular Wendy's for a reason because they are ALWAYS subpar in service and food quality. Tonight just proves to me why I should take my business anywhere else but here. If the owner of this place reads this review please (I doubt it, they would have to care) have enough intelligence to be ashamed of the service your business provides. Do better

The fries were legit black... read more I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, but I had to leave one for this Wendy’s. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The fries were legit black and cold. They tasted stale like they’d been sitting there all day. Same issue with the nuggets- overcooked and stale. They don’t even take the time to wrap the sandwich properly. The contents of my burger were spilled all over the inside of the bag. Waste of money. Meal was not enjoyable at all.

Plus,... read more I do like the soda machines here since they have a ton of options and look cool and futuristic, though sometimes the screen can be a little unresponsive. Plus, they even have ginger ale! As for updates: On May 20, I tried the Baconator, and for the price, it was surprisingly small, which was very disappointing. On June 21, I had the Breakfast Baconator, and it was decent, but I’m still not entirely satisfied with my past experiences, so my score won’t change just yet. Most recently, on July x, I’ve noticed that this place just isn’t cutting it. Every time I go in, the service is exceptionally slow, and it feels like they aren’t even trying.

The tables and ch... read more The place was absolutely filthy. Every surface, from the tables to the ordering counter and the condiment bar, was coated in a sticky residue. The tables and chairs hadn't been cleaned at all. The bathrooms were lacking paper towels and were in desperate need of cleaning. I can only imagine how Dave Thomas would feel about it!
