Going inside- 1 star. Drive thru- 5 stars. App and online ordering-1 star. Talking to a manager-5 stars. I placed an order on my app to be picked up at 1:50. It 's almost 2pm. After waiting in my car for 10 min I went inside and nicely asked the cashier about my order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago, she flatly responded its not ready . No explanation. No indication of when it will be ready. I guess it 's drive thru or not at all here since going inside just upsets me. Customer service training is badly needed. When an order is screwed up- just apologize and say it will be ready in x minutes. ???? Not super busy and no line.
I intend to come here daily! Their monthly unlimited coffee offer is fantastic, and the bagels are delicious. I've also tried their catering service, and it was outstanding. The Colombian coffee is one of my top favorites!
Having fresh air and patio dining are a plus and this Panera is perfect! A great location with a huge patio, umbrellas and trees. Early evening breezes and cooler temps make it my recent go to dinner spot . Food and service is spot on. Very nice Panera bread ?.
I was repeatedly disappointed by my orders being incorrect at this Panera Bread location, and I won’t be coming back. It’s very frustrating to spend $30 on lunch only to have items missing or to have to track them down.
To go one of my favorite places. Just don't get the grilled cheese sandwich, it doesn't have a crack and its just really sad. but everything else I had is very good. update: given the current times the prices here are just not worth it for soups and sandwiches you can get home for cheaper

My last straw with this Resturant?..I just stopped by Panera in Stuart and I have had several issues in the past with this place, but after tonight I will never go back! The drive-through is closed so I go inside to order. I wait in line for a while,get up to the cashier and order, then she tells me ?We are not accepting cash.?! No explanation, nothing??just no cash!!! WHODOESN'T TAKE CASH? IT?S CASH!!! All I had was cash, so I left without dinner for my sick daughter. This is the most ridiculousthing I have ever heard. I can understand not taking cards, machines go down, I get it! But no cash? The register was workingfine, I saw her take 3 other orders, before it was my turn! We?ll long story short, I will not ever go back to that place or anyother Panera. It?s always something with this location and I?ve had it!!!

I visit Panera Bread daily because of their great monthly unlimited coffee deal! I also really enjoy their bagels. I've used their catering services as well, and they always do an excellent job. Their Colombian coffee is a favorite of mine too.
We ordered a French onion bread bowl, a macaroni and cheese broccoli bread bowl, a steak sandwich, two cookies, and a pecan swirl, totaling $44. However, only one bread bowl was included, and the macaroni and cheese with broccoli was just a half cup. The French onion soup portion was also about half a cup. This place has really gone downhill. I used to love the bread bowls, but after major dental surgery, I needed something very soft and couldn’t eat the bread bowl. The small soup portion didn’t fill me up. Many of our family members visit this location frequently, and we plan to share our experience with them and everyone we know.

Update: Thank you Panera for putting back some of the menu back. I give it another change and it is again my favorite place to eat! I changed it back to a 4 stars! ….. Used to be my favorite place until Panera decided to go the cheap way by changing the menu, most of my favorites are gone. I tried the new ones, no flavors and feel cheap! I won’t be back unless the old menu comes back, but for now it’s a goodby!
I love it here. I get the same quality every time. The team greets me with the same positive energy every day I get my coffee. It's a great way to start my day. They have blazing-fast internet, and the seating is always organized with everything kept clean.
