I drove into the DQ and noticed my Blizzards were left sitting for a while before I picked them up. Within just a minute, they started to melt significantly. I recently received an email promotion from DQ that offered a buy-one-get-one deal on Blizzards—regular price for the first, and the second for $1.99. However, when I mentioned it to the staff member at the drive-thru, he claimed he wasn't aware of the promotion, said it had no barcode, and refused to honor it. It’s frustrating that DQ sends out promotions via email if their staff isn’t informed about them. This is not the first issue I’ve had with the DQ at 9019 S. US 1. I think I’ll stick to the DQ at 2531 NW Federal Highway; they consistently have great Blizzards and a really nice gentleman working there.
Since Dairy Queen now serves chocolate soft serve ice cream i’m a fan. For years i’ve ordered a large soft serve and paid for it to be dipped. That was okay but actual Chocolate is even better.When I lived in San Diego I always visited Fosters Freeze for their large chocolate soft serve cone. Loved it.Now i can relive those good cones right here in South Texas.Thank you Dairy Queen. Everyone sells tacos, burgers and fries but who sells chocolate soft serve cones?Dairy Queen. That’s who.Enjoy.
Blizzard was great but the chicken was terrible and the soda was flat.
I went there this morning with my client and I was met by the most racist rude employee ever I never seen anybody blatantly disrespect a disabled person. I will never be visiting here again and If you have family members or you’re traveling with anybody that is disabled or on the spectrum in any kind of way I don’t suggest that you visit this establishment
Just visited DQ at 2531 NW Federal Hwy (by Britt Rd.)Never was greeted by the lady who was working, only personality she has is a stern gruff look as if being bothered. We were the only ones and continued to be the only ones until we were ready to leave. Another customer came in and place a to go order. I patiently waited at the counter to ask for two lids. Ms. Personality comes over I explained I needed 2 lids one a blizzard and one for a cupfection and I was in no hurry. She only came back to me with the one lid so I asked for the one I needed, she huffed and rolled her eyes put down the items roughly on the counter that the was making as if I was a problem. By the way the lid didn’t fit what I needed and I didn’t bother asking for the correct one even though the other customer had left. Her mannerism towards me was unprofessional and I promise I will never visit this location again. No one deserves that treatment. I could have been an a and called her out but I choose the high road. I hope no one else gets treated like this. No excuses for her behavior!!

I was in jensen visiting around 11am and was going to go inside with my 13 year old this old lady with glasses screamed at me and told me not to go inside I told her I had to use the bathroom and told me and my son that it's for paying customers only but couldn't even order cause she yelled at me before I even walked in (she was outside near her car) never will I return to this location upper ups need to speak with this lady who's apparently rude on Google review from others as well. Horrible wo
If I could give this a zero star I would. I got a small and medium banana split blizzard around 10:05 and it had NO bananas and no strawberries but alot of pineapple. We asked for a refund because it was not what we asked for and they said that they put the bananas and strawberries in but they were lying. Not trying to be a karen but we asked for the managers number and she was so rude and did not care at all. Please if you see this review just know that it wasn't the best experience, to be hone
I FINALLY went today to try their rotisserie chicken 'nuggets ' and I 'm so glad I did! They 're delicious and so grateful to have a wheat free alternative to traditional nuggets!! Because I will NEVER spend at Chick-fil-A because of their abhorrent religious impositions on their employees because of the OWNER(s) *personal* religious beliefs. Wth. Anyway, not only did I get yummy wheat free nuggets, but they made a special chocolate mint shake just for me!! Counter tech thought I was cra
So I went to the garbage can to take off the half a ton of whipped cream that was put on my moolatte caramel. Next thing you know it fell into the garbage. I went back to the counter to ask the old woman with glasses if I could please have another one. She told me I would have to pay again! I am in the food industry. I arrived at the Jensen Beach Dairy Queen at 9:47 the door was locked and the girls were inside talking to teenagers on assuming they said were closed they put their finger across their throat and I said to the door you’re not supposed to close till 10:00 PM they said we’re close we cannot serve you they didn’t seem like they cared at all after I drove 10 minutes to get there this is the second time this is happened I guess that’s what you get from hiring minimum wage employees teenagers. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. We went this evening to pick up a cake where the box said OREO on it. Brought it home come to find out it?s peanut butter which I am heavily allergic to. We brought it back to exchange it they handed us anotherone telling us that it?s cookie dough. We then brought that one home come to find out it is yet again a peanut butter one. Wedrove all the way back where the two kids working there had no idea what they were doing when we asked to speak to themanager; they weren?t there. They then gave us their number we spoke with the manager who told us ?since I?m not there I don?tknow if this is actually what is happening so I cannot give you a refund the kids working right now don?t know how to give youone either so I?ll give you $5?. This is a situation that would have lead me to stop breathing a hospital trip had we notnoticed it was peanut butter before eating it. Not only that but the way you treat your customers train your employees isoutrageous. Do better.

I recently tried the Rotisserie chicken nuggets at Dairy Queen, and I'm so glad I did! They are absolutely delicious, and I appreciate having a free option instead of traditional nuggets. I won't be visiting Chick-fil-A due to their owner's inappropriate religious views toward employees. Anyway, not only did I enjoy the tasty nuggets, but they also made a special chocolate mint shake just for me! The staff may have thought I was a little unusual, but my server understood my request for a half mint, half chocolate shake, which was fantastic! The food at this restaurant might be on the pricier side, but it was worth every penny. I will definitely be returning!
