I also asked if I could swap out arugula in a salad—since I really dislike it and find it bitter—for mixed greens, but the server said no, explaining that the chef creates each dish to ensure that all ingredients complement one another. I understand the chef's intention for harmony and flavor, but it felt excessive to adhere strictly to that philosophy, especially when it comes to allergies that could necessitate the use of an EpiPen. Overall, while the food might be harmonious, the inflexibility regarding changes left us feeling unwelcome.

The candlelight enhances a sense of 'Hygge.' The chef showcases a creative approach, blending elegance and novelty in each dish. I found myself inspired and intrigued by every course. It deserves a standing ovation!
