The beef stroganoff... read more A few days ago, I took my sister here to thank her for a favor. We had meatballs au poivre, but the pepper sauce was a little overpowering. The beef stroganoff was disappointing the beef strips were cut very thin and overcooked and it was served with penne, not the traditional egg noodles one would expect. My sister was equally unimpressed with her meal. The server was excellent and provided great service, it's just too bad the food was less than stellar. We ended up going to another place the next night to make up for it. The dining room is nice, if not a little dated. From past experiences, I know the patio area is a nice place to sit and watch the creek when the weather is good, but I doubt I will be going back.

But the... read more The only thing that I would tell people is that the entrance area is not very welcoming. It’s very old and has the appearance and feel of an old house. But the back seating and views of the creek and outside seating areas are very nice. The food is amazing. We almost turned around and walked out and are so glad we didn’t. Great off the beaten track place to relax and have a great meal and a glass of wine.
