Greggs - Stroud

When it comes to Greggs, you can always expect consistency in terms of cleanliness and quality. The food is affordable and the overall experience is satisfactory.

This restaurant is excellent! The staff is friendly, and the food always tastes amazing. If you prefer your food hot, it's best to arrive early. I especially love their coffee, especially the Vanilla latte and Halloween spiced pumpkin latte.

The shop is badly designed. It is not big enough to have the seating. Coffee is very popular, but there are plenty of coffee shops. Should be concentrating on sausage rolls, doughnuts and sandwiches. If there is a queue, you are likely to be outside the shop.

I stopped by for a mid-afternoon cup of tea and cake. There are only three tables and chairs available for seating. Vanessa, the assistant, was extremely helpful and friendly. I would give it more stars, but it was a bit messy and there wasn't much left on the shelves. However, it was already past 4:20 and they close at 6:00. There were only two staff members working and Greggs next door was bustling with customers. The café is located in the main Yate shopping center.

Really chuffed vegan sausage rolls are an option! Though they're not the best available I think they're Lincolnshire style, I prefer Linda McCartney) they're still great as they're freshly baked and have no animal derivatives. Get there before before the guys in the gym buy them all for their lunch!
