I ordered a Sonic burger with no cheese, just plain and dry. It took three tries to get it right, with the staff having to remake the patty multiple times. The first employee who helped us was rude, and even after speaking with the assistant manager (a blonde woman in her mid-20s to 30s), my order was still incorrect.
