Starbucks - Strongsville

I had a truly unpleasant experience at this café due to an exceptionally rude barista. The cup was packed to the brim with ice, leaving barely enough space for the actual coffee—just enough to fill a shot glass. When we requested less ice, she aggressively poured some out and made us a new drink that was completely different. The prices are steep, and nobody wants to pay for a cup full of ice! When we inquired if there was espresso in the drink, she rolled her eyes and curtly responded yes, but it felt like she was annoyed that we even asked. The look she gave us was incredibly dirty. I've never experienced such poor service at a Starbucks before—it was truly disappointing.

The baristas were a bit unfriendly during my visit today. I requested extra caramel on my frappuccino twice, but they insisted I didn't make that request. They became quite upset when I asked to have the extra caramel added. To top it off, my drinks ended up being really watery.

The server filled my coffee with water because they ran out of coffee. It was terrible, and I ended up leaving my drink behind.

The new Starbucks on pearl road across from Walmart is excellent!! Ashli makes awesome drinks!

Always good to grab a coffee before shopping. Wait can be long at times, just be aware of that
