This was my first time at the restaurant, and the food was very tasty; however, it was incredibly cold inside. Our group of ten was squeezed around a table near the restrooms, and you could literally see our breath! I understand that cold air was coming in from the exhaust vent, but they really need to either increase the heat or provide some space heaters throughout the restaurant. I didn’t get any pictures of my food but the experience here was awesome and the food delicious. And my mango mojito was perfect. The service was exceptional! The manager came around a few times checking to see how everything was. The portions of food was great also. We came for early dinner, 3:30-5:30, not busy till we were leaving. I will definitely go back to Shinto!
Food is fantastic. Presentation is very well done. The past few times we have been they seem to be understaffed. Our reservation was for 6pm, we were finally seated at 6:40, and given water and menus at 7pm.
The chef was fun and entertaining. Server was not around enough like past visits. She had a poor attitude. Food always great!
Our chef was amazing and kept us entertained throughout our visit. Our server was also excellent!
