The restaurant has a nice ambiance and decor. The restroom may be a bit uncomfortable for taller individuals due to the low toilet. Despite some water damage on the ceiling and a bit of dust, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. It was very quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The restaurant is conveniently located near stores and other dining options. I highly recommend trying the Tropical Smoothie Cafe.... View all feedback.

bad place, we're an older couple. the hotel wanted to charge $50. damage replacement to be refunded 7-1O days after check-out. I felt uncomfortable, never heard of this kind of appeal! Why do people stay there? Is it safe? will they not recommend? 0 stars View all feedback.
I love this place, the rooms are always clean, free coffee in the lobby, personal at the reception is friendly. anyway, it is now best western plus.

Fabulous!very accommodating! Restaurant closed due to covid. Front desk welcoming! Cheryl is the best! Staff very kind and made sure I had all I needed! Extra blanket was waiting at my door before I got to it! Very clean! No issues.
They are charging a small continental breakfast as a buffet and putting a 12$ price tag on it. I sent an email to corporate about it. They wouldn't let me post it on their reviews site. Because I recommend going down the road to breakfast where you can actually get a real breakfast for less or just as much. The rooms are nice the food service needs work.
The hotel, now known as Best Western Plus, was a disappointment during my week-long stay at a resort. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The hotel was in terrible condition - the main lifts were out of order and remained unrepaired throughout my entire stay. The rooms were very dark, possibly to conceal dirt or due to inadequate lighting. The decks outside the ballroom, restaurant, and bar all collapsed during a snow/rain storm on the second night. The hallway to the bathroom was closed off, despite the lights being on and fans working. Rumor has it that it was because someone drowned in the pool, but I cannot confirm. Some rooms had small refrigerators but not all had microwaves. The backup elevator deck was barely held up by a few fittings. The only positive aspect was the food, which was surprisingly good. Overall, I suggest looking for a different hotel as this one is not worth the price.
