Dunkin' - Strongsville

Out of the several times I?ve been to this location, I?ve only experienced kind, friendly, efficient service once. I typically come for coffee and donuts and the person at drive through always seems a tad rude and their is a long line most times. My realissue, is on several occasions I?ve called just to place an order, speak to manager, or ask general questions and the phonecontinues to ring. I understand being busy but what I don?t understand is why the phone is never answered. I need for managementto do better across the board.

I had such a great experience with Michelle my undecisive husband has never been to dunkin and she helped him decide on a tasty drink... what really stood out from Michelle and other locations was her energy, her knowledge and she took her time making him happy. I hope this recognition can help Michelle get acknowledged that she was appreciated beyond words we will be returning since this was our 1st time at this location and hopefully we will get to see her again!

Always slow, burnt coffee and a broken box of donuts. Try a different DD.

The best is for everything. it was the perfect mix of ice, coffee and sweet. I got a big ice cream caramel coffee with 3 sugars and 3 saw and it was perfect. I love you so much dunkin donuts thanks for the amazing and cheap coffee!
