I don't know what happened on this place, wait till eleven on Saturday seems crazy. I've been here a couple times and bakery is never ready. this is the only cinnabon I know close by and it hates to go downhill. I wish they could work a little better, and I would come back. View all feedback.
Moved to a different state... still found one in the airport... drove 15 minutes for 2
Great location with great customer service. You already know how good Cinnabon is, this location always has them fresh and warm, and read to enjoy!
I continue to come to this location to use my gift card to purchase items and it is always broken. They do not attempt to use my gift card. They just say it isn't working. They scan Q codes with the scanner but not try to help with my gift card. This is the 3rd time trying in a month. This is ridiculous. I could've gotten a gift card to somewhere else if I would have known they don't take gift cards. I don't understand why they have no explanation to why.

The worst Cinnabon that I have ever been to! They are not making the Cinnabons fresh at this location. Everything is premade in a glass case. You have no idea how long the product has been sitting. When you order, Cinnabons are pulled out of the case and heated up in the microwave. Microwaved Cinnabons and Cinnasticks are terrible! The Cinnasticks were stale and not edible after being microwaved! Cinnabons are supposed to be made fresh every 30 minutes, not left sitting in a glass case all day. People are paying a premium and expect a fresh product. No one wants stale microwaved Cinnabons! This place is going to end up going out of business if the owners don't start making the Cinnabons fresh like all the other locations. Get rid of the microwaves and start making your product fresh!
