Chipotle Mexican Grill - Strongsville

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They were out of rice, which is unacceptable considering they charged $25 for two basic bowls. Your best option in Strongsville might be the other location on Royalton Road.

I have visited this restaurant several times and have encountered the same issues each time. I prefer to order online to alleviate my anxiety, but during my most recent visit, I ordered three bowls with specific ingredients. Unfortunately, two of the bowls did not have lettuce as requested, and they added it anyway. Additionally, I asked for mild tomato salsa on one bowl and received corn instead. I also requested double meat on all three bowls, but only received a small amount, equivalent to the size of a baby's hand. I do not plan on returning to this location.
