Charley's Grilled Subs - Strongsville

Food is absolutly amazing. Ordered chicken California sub and barbecue wings. Best wings I’ve ever had and the sub was perfect- they didn’t skimp on anything and had the ratio of sub ingredients perfect. Ordered from door dash and food still arrived hot and fresh. 10/10 gonna be ordering from here more often

Well I ordered online as I’m working. I get to Charley’s, they have. Huge line, so I wait for the older guy at the register- my Charley’s page refreshed and he stood there arguing with me for 20 minutes about my order number- which I showed him my order was place with a time date stamp- he wouldn’t give me my food. Made me tell me the order in front of everyone- and then said “ next time, get your name on your order correct” because my last name was typed out not the first initial. How RUDE. My food was COLD WRONG by the time I got to eat it oh I got to waste my whole lunch break arguing with an old 40 year old who works at Charley’s. Get real.

I was trying to order a regular chicken California sub with a coupon for free fries with any purchase of a cheesesteak and they denied my coupon when the owner gave me and my co-workers a bunch them. I even told the workers that they given to all of us at the store and they said no they weren’t, when I was the one the owner gave them to at the register one day. I have previously used the coupon with a chicken California but today the lady decided to tell me I had to order the cheesesteak (when I don’t eat steak) and when I asked if the chicken California was one she said no even though they are. I wish the workers would know their own menu and their coupons that they give out. I am very disappointed with the disrespect I was given by the employee.

Day three of food poisoning. Thank you very much for that. I'm having so much fun. Thank you. To make it better they overcharged us AND gave us the wrong food.
