If you were with the avalanche, you should at least drink a coffee or visit the small museum. There are also small things to eat. Selection is sufficient. Price performance Ok service in the cafe very nice. Sanitary facilities clean View all feedback.
What Matthias Riemer doesn't like about Vulkanhaus Strohn:
Finally a delicious cake and a delicious ice cream during our vacation in the beautiful Vulkaneifel. That was the plan, unfortunately the opening hours given on Google don't match, which is why we had the path for free. We had better luck on the second try and it was open. Unfortunately no comparison to last year as far as the offer is concerned, which is why we probably won't be coming back. A pity. View all feedback.

Great cake and that at human prices. Also a paradise for geology Interested since there is a museum for volcanism next door
The museum is small but fine. Everything around volcanoes, maare, magma and rocks is lovingly explained here. The child has got a gem at the quiz and next door is a small, sweet café to return. All were particularly friendly, you felt comfortable there.
A very cute cafe right at the museum. The prices are quite cheap and the cake comes directly from the bakery/confectionery Orlando in Lutzerath. Thus the pieces are also very large and tasty, we already knew the baker; before the door there is also a water run for cooling in the summer. Price/Performance top!
Small but very informative and interesting Mitmachmuseum on the volcanic history of straws and the Eifel with a favorable entrance. In addition, a small, cozy and rustic cafe in the half-timbered house, with delicious cake. Minus point: cake pieces kept very small.
