In their app, the welcome was not done correctly and they made a mistake with the order, resulting in only receiving a drink and fries instead of the crispy chicken burger. There was no refund for the missing item. The wait was so long that the food became cold. In the end, an extra burger was purchased but no refund was given for the mistake. There was no explanation for receiving fries and a drink when a full meal... View all feedback.
