There was no refund for the missing item. The wait was so long that the food became cold. In the end, an extra burger was purchased but no refund was given for the mistake. There was no explanation for receiving fries and a drink when a full meal was not ordered. The other menu item was onion rings, not fries. The car floor had to be cleaned as a result. Despite ordering through their app, they claimed it was an external issue and did not take responsibility. It is recommended to stay calm and take the extra 5 minutes to go to the nearby Subway for better service.
