Kelli is the best !! Me and my family absolutely loved our experience at this place! We had a group of 8, with no reservation this evening, Kelli made sure we had a table and awesome service and It was an absolute pleasure to dine here as the food was hot upon arrival, cocktails and service top of the line! Kelli was awesome enough to help us figure out our desserts for the evening with her wonderful suggestions! We... View all feedback.
What Aaron Wagner doesn't like about Joe's Crab Shack:
Came here for my birthday! Wasn’t immediately seated or greeted. After waiting 2 minutes someone came out and seated us. Staff was very kind! We sat around for a while before the waiter came back to take our order. Waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu. I got soup for an appetizer. It was pretty good taste wise but came out room temperature/cold. My biggest complaint is the price for the portions. $50+ meal cam... View all feedback.
Kelly the manager gave us wonderful experience and the food was piping hot. She made sure we wanted for nothing
I never do reviews but this was the worst service I’ve had in years. Our server barely checked on us or cared to help us. My coconut shrimp was severely burnt and tasted like granola. My friend’s salad was bad, the lettuce tasted sour and the avocado was brown. Everything else was below average. So disappointed and don’t plan on coming back. Slow workers who seem miserable.
I’ve never had worse food in my life, I could have saved our family over $100. When we came in there were people placing a yo go order, the hostess said I’ll be with you in a moment. We stood to the side for 10 mins and he called the people that were waiting for a seat ahead of us. So we sat down on the bench they were occupying. We wait a bit longer and then he looks at us and says, have you guys been helped. As if he didn’t tell us he would help us in a moment. The restaurant was dead, I mean maybe 4-6 tables sat. So it’s not like he was so overwhelmed that he forgot about us.After being seated we waited for some time for a server, she was nice though. We finally get our appetizer and food ordered. They brought the kids food out after about 10 mins, which was fine, we wanted them to eat, they were starving. My daughter (11) ordered crab legs off the kids menu and wanted butter to dip them in. Our server did not come back to check on us for 20 mins, because she was also the bartender. Now there were only two people at the bar at this time, she was chatting with them, cleaning up dishes, wiping things down and had no sense to check on her other table. By the time she came over my daughter’s crab legs and shrimp were cold. Then after about 30 minutes after the kids good our food comes. I ordered steak and shrimp, and never have I tasted something so disappointing. The steak was so fatty and chewy , even though I ordered it medium. It tasted very fishy, like it was lying on the same tray next to fish before being cooked. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were leftovers fromDinner two nights ago and your mom reheated them up for the second day knowing no one wanted them anymore, and the shrimp ha do no flavor, it was dry. I have never spit out shrimp before but I couldn’t swallow it.We got to the restaurant probably around 8:30 and didn’t leave until after 10. Not because we were hanging out chatting but because we were waiting for the checks. I’m watching her serve the bar and make no effort to take a few minutes to bring us the check so we could be on our way.The last time I was at Joes I was 12 and I am now 31, it was exciting and I wanted my family to experience it, it was so disappointing to say the least.
11 person party… No problem for Dee. She dud a great job.
It was awesome, their crab was delicious and purposely confused a 36th birthday with a 21st they might give you an apron if you’re lucky saying something like big shrimp.Overall it was amazing.
