California Pizza Kitchen At Ross Park

The service here was excellent. The pizza is fresh and flavorful. I recommend eating here you will not be disappointed.

Update 2 02/28/2020: Stop to use the gift cards we finally received. Service was much better (actually received plates to eat off of). Food was delicious. Slight problem with the gift card but it was resolved quickly. Update 11/18/19: spoke with a manager. Explained everything that happened during our visit. He promised to send out some gift cards for the service we had. It’s been 3 weeks, have not received anything. Removed a star. Their service is apparently truly poor starting from the top of the organization down. I will say the food was really good. The spicy chipotle pizza was fantastic. The 3 stars is strictly for the service. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but the waitress set the pizza on the table and walked away. Sharing it with others, I would have thought we’d get plates. Ended up using napkins. Additionally, the waitress never once came back to the table after bringing the food. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

The food looks really good. However, it's on the expensive side of places to eat. It's around 15 bucks for a single person pizza. And it's decent pizza. You can almost anywhere else and get your money's worth there in terms of food. I expected a lot more for what we paid. Thus the 3 stars: it's good food, it's just over priced.

Although we have had good meals here, I elected to have the chicken piccata, this is not something I would recommend here. Chicken was extremely dry and the noodles we8done properly.
