The bartenders are terrible and more interested in taking care of themselves then customers. I no longer go there

Me and my boyfriend just moved to the area a little over a year ago. This place is located close by and we like the convenience. Not once have we had a good dine in experience, other than the food is decent.We usually order take out. That’s hit or miss because there will be days they just don’t answer the phone. But we haven’t had an issue with take out. Dining in, the service is horrible! They always mess up our orders and are usually so understaffed or simply don’t care to correct the issue. Also, so many gnats! Why so many people gave them 5 stars is beyond me.

Foos specials can't be beat. Servers are all great.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff were more interested in socializing amongst themselves than attending to the needs of customers. Our server was inattentive and indifferent, displaying a remarkable talent for disappearing whenever we needed something. It's as if they were doing us a favor by gracing us with their presence, rather than providing the attentive service one would expect from a dining establishment.To make matters worse, the ambiance at Backdraft Bar and Grill was far from inviting. The decor was tired and uninspired, with little effort made to create a welcoming atmosphere. The noise level was deafening, making it difficult to carry on a conversation without shouting over the din of other disgruntled patrons. It's evident that Backdraft Bar and Grill is more concerned with volume than ambiance, sacrificing comfort for the sake of cramming in as many customers as possible.In conclusion, my experience at Backdraft Bar and Grill was nothing short of a flaming disaster. Between the lackluster food quality, abysmal service, and dismal ambiance, there is little—if anything—to recommend about this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and dine elsewhere, where the flames of culinary excellence are burning bright, rather than smoldering in a heap of disappointment.

The bartenders and waitresses were fantastic!! We had a great time!!!!
