As the name suggests, this is really a BISTRO. This is matched by a casual environment, with a small seating capacity (4 tables for two) and a dining menu on a blackboard on the wall. But the quality of the food is really excellent, the giant portion of Bun Cha was almost impossible to eat. Plus points for opening hours even on the weekend. For example, you can't get coffee anywhere in Stříbra on Sundays, but the Vietnamese Bistro is open. Service: Dine in
