Description

Nestled in Manchester, this pub offers a mix of experiences for visitors. While the service is often praised for its friendliness and promptness, there are mixed reviews regarding food availability and quality. Diners have enjoyed the atmosphere, particularly during busy events like cricket matches and concerts, yet some reported limited menu options. A few customers expressed dissatisfaction with management and security staff, suggesting a need for improved customer service training. Despite these issues, many found the pub to be a welcoming spot with good beer and a lively ambiance, making it worth a visit for a casual outing.

I stopped by for a quick meal after a day out. The service was prompt, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The quality was good overall; my only small complaint is that the burger patty could have been a bit flatter to better fill the bun (as seen in the photo), but it tasted great nonetheless. The prices are competitive with other brands in the area.

Great local pub! It's quite lively on football match days. Price per person: £10–20. Service: 4 out of 5. Atmosphere: 4 out of 5.

I confronted the manager, expressing that no customer should ever be treated this way—it was absolutely unacceptable. The doorman then confronted me aggressively, seemingly ready to physically attack me. When I asked for his name, he identified himself as Sunny David. As a dedicated United fan, I will personally be boycotting this establishment. I noticed another customer had reported a similar experience. The bar staff were lovely and friendly, but in my opinion, the manager is rude and needs to show more respect for his customers. The two security personnel have serious issues and require customer service training. I urge fellow Manchester United fans to seek out better venues and avoid this place. They turned what should have been a relaxing night into a highly stressful experience.
