Pizzeria Orient-express - STRESA

We booked a table for 16 people an hour before. We where really happy with the pizza's, pastas and other prima piatti's we ordered. It's neext to the train station, so there's a bit of traffic going on, but we didn't feel disturbed and enjoyed the terrace a lot. The staff team where very comprehensive for some specific demands for our kids, it was a real joy to be there !

Being part of the Railway Station Building is never going to win this place any awards for scenic or great views but that's not the reason to go there. First there is a really Traditional /Local Bar attached to one side of it which is Brilliant ! The Real Italy of Old, you must go and have a drink inside and drink in the atmosphere. Then you walk through a door into the Pizzeria , really nicely laid out, very clean and impressive. The service is great as are the Pizzas I really can't understand why it's not got more reviews ! ? !

Very brief stop, but superb pizza and the owner offered a lift back to our hotel. Shame we didn't have time to return this trip!
