Contribute FeedbackI have on Thursday, 18. June 2015 to ask the restaurant and talk to Rick. He was very personal, professional and knowledgeable. He explained details on the pricing of the All You Can Eat Meal. My husband and I will celebrate our 11th. Anniversary and we wanted to travel to Columbus today. Well, I just found out that my husband spent $250 for car insurance today to help my 23-year-old son who is very respectful and obedient. That wasn't in our plans, he took my son to the lot for a car and didn't realize they had to come with more money. Get that my son called his biological father who was stable at his job for 20 years and asked for help and his father said not your stepfathers have it. My son saved his money for a decent, running car and we thought the father could help with the first payment of the insurance. The $250 would have my Hubby and I should have a nice weekend out of town. I share this to say that Rick supported with such a big customer service that raised my mind. You never know who you talk to on the other line and what they experience. I'll take care of my father and work part-time. My husband has been at the same work for 23 years and everything we wanted to do was a break, but I prayed and bought online and found a hotel near our house at Hotel.com plus Rick at Toko's. Well, we haven't had our brunch, dinner at this place yet, but I have no doubt that it will be fabulous as Rick! Thank you for making my day. We have a perfect weekend. Smile. Karen Tony.
