Ruby Tuesday - Streetsboro

My wife and I don't go to Ruby's restaurant often, but when we do, we always know what to expect. We always receive a good meal at a reasonable price and the service is consistently excellent. We both ordered the buffalo bacon cheeseburger with endless fries. For an additional $3, you can add their salad bar, which offers a variety of great options. My wife is clever and always opts for the salad bar with her meal, so she gets two for the price of one. The burgers we ordered were cooked perfectly and were generously sized. For less than $25, we enjoyed a delicious meal with plenty to take home. Goodbye and thanks for reading!

This restaurant is terrible. It took over an hour to receive our food, and when it finally arrived, it was poorly cooked and made me feel sick after eating it.

It had been a few years since my last visit to Ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, a salad and bourbon chicken sounded great. We were seated promptly and our server did a fantastic job of quickly getting our drinks and orders. The salad bar was well-stocked and they did a good job of keeping it clean and organized during our visit. I ordered the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a baked potato. Everything was delicious, the chicken was not dry or overcooked, the potato was soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful. Overall, it was a great visit. The restaurant was not too busy, but the staff were clearly multitasking to keep things running smoothly.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delightful. I especially enjoyed the salad we had; it was so delicious that we decided to take our leftovers home. Surprisingly, the food tasted just as good when reheated. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my handbag at the restaurant and did not realize it until the next day. After calling, I was relieved to hear that they had found it and kept it safe for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, from our attentive waitress to the person who returned my handbag. I am truly grateful for their thoughtfulness.
