We were seated promptly and our... read more It had been a few years since my last visit to Ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, a salad and bourbon chicken sounded great. We were seated promptly and our server did a fantastic job of quickly getting our drinks and orders. The salad bar was well-stocked and they did a good job of keeping it clean and organized during our visit. I ordered the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a baked potato. Everything was delicious, the chicken was not dry or overcooked, the potato was soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful. Overall, it was a great visit. The restaurant was not too busy, but the staff were clearly multitasking to keep things running smoothly.

Su... read more The food at this restaurant was absolutely delightful. I especially enjoyed the salad we had; it was so delicious that we decided to take our leftovers home. Surprisingly, the food tasted just as good when reheated. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my handbag at the restaurant and did not realize it until the next day. After calling, I was relieved to hear that they had found it and kept it safe for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, from our attentive waitress to the person who returned my handbag. I am truly grateful for their thoughtfulness.

We were seated at a table in the bar area, and Chris was our waiter. When we asked him about one of the dishes, he admitted that he doesn’t eat at the restauran... read more We were seated at a table in the bar area, and Chris was our waiter. When we asked him about one of the dishes, he admitted that he doesn’t eat at the restaurant and wasn't sure about the size of the shrimp. After checking with the kitchen, he informed us that they were regular-sized shrimp. Our food was served at different times; the appetizers arrived simultaneously with one of our meals, while two of us were left waiting. One person ordered a burger but wasn’t asked how they wanted it cooked. Additionally, the coconut shrimp looked overcooked and dark brown. Since we were his only table, the service felt particularly lacking. This was our first visit, and unfortunately, it did not leave a good impression.
