The men's restroom looked... read more Food was okay, not terrible but nothing too impressive, very slow service even though we were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. The men's restroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. My shoes stuck to the floor, there were boogers smeared on the wall above the urinal, tiles missing from the wall and the countertops were gross. If I had seen the state of the restroom before I ate, I would have left immediately.

When we asked him about one of the dishes, he admitted that he doesn’t eat at the restaurant and wasn't sure about the size of the shrimp. After checking with the kitchen, he informed us that they were regular-sized shrimp. Our food was served at different times; the appetizers arrived simultaneously with one of our meals, while two of us were left waiting. One person ordered a burger but wasn’t asked how they wanted it cooked. Additionally, the coconut shrimp looked overcooked and dark brown. Since we were his only table, the service felt particularly lacking. This was our first visit, and unfortunately, it did not leave a good impression.

Got to the restaurant, was sea... read more Had been a few years since my last visit to a ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, salad bar and bourbon chicken sounded great. Got to the restaurant, was seated right away, and our server did a fantastic job of getting our drinks and orders in right away. Salad bar was very well stocked and they were doing a great job of cleaning and restocking during our visit. I got the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a plain baked potato. Everything was great, chicken was not dry and overcooke

I took my family to Ruby Tuesday on a Thursday night. Our server was very nice. I did not track how long it took for us to get our first round of drinks, but it was 20 30 minutes. And, one of our party did not get her drink in the first hour we were at the restaurant. After our first round of drinks, we got so tired of waiting for our drinks to b
