We were seated promptly and our... read more It had been a few years since my last visit to Ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, a salad and bourbon chicken sounded great. We were seated promptly and our server did a fantastic job of quickly getting our drinks and orders. The salad bar was well-stocked and they did a good job of keeping it clean and organized during our visit. I ordered the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a baked potato. Everything was delicious, the chicken was not dry or overcooked, the potato was soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful. Overall, it was a great visit. The restaurant was not too busy, but the staff were clearly multitasking to keep things running smoothly.

Su... read more The food at this restaurant was absolutely delightful. I especially enjoyed the salad we had; it was so delicious that we decided to take our leftovers home. Surprisingly, the food tasted just as good when reheated. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my handbag at the restaurant and did not realize it until the next day. After calling, I was relieved to hear that they had found it and kept it safe for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, from our attentive waitress to the person who returned my handbag. I am truly grateful for their thoughtfulness.

Got to the restaurant, was seated right away, and our server did a fantastic job of getting our drinks and orders in right away. Salad bar was very well stocked and they were doing a great job of cleaning and restocking during our visit. I got the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a plain baked potato. I took my family to Ruby Tuesday on a Thursday night. Our server was very nice. I did not track how long it took for us to get our first round of drinks, but it was 20 30 minutes. And, one of our party did not get her drink in the first hour we were at the restaurant. After our first round of drinks, we got so tired of waiting for our drinks to b
