Rolled through to get a frozen coffee with mocha and blueberry, and my girl got an iced coffee.. Not only was my frozen coffee almost completely white, they put none of the flavors in that either of us asked for. They tasted like water. They have 10people in there and apparently none of them know how to do their jobs. Absolutely would not recommend, drive another 10 or 15minutes to another location and you're guarant... I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and does a great job on my order! The pumpkin cold brew is the best!
Horrible service ordered xl hot coffee cream and sugar, medium hot coffee cream and sugar 2 glazed donuts and a blueberry donut. They didn't put the 2 glazed donuts on the order no big deal but ended up waiting 15min for the 2 coffees.
I stopped by for a frozen coffee with mocha and blueberry, while my friend ordered an iced coffee. Unfortunately, my frozen coffee was almost completely flavorless and looked mostly white. Neither of our drinks had the flavors we requested, and they tasted like watered-down drinks. There were about ten staff members working, yet none seemed to know how to do their jobs properly. I definitely do not recommend this place; I suggest driving an extra 10 to 15 minutes to find a better option. This place is a complete disappointment.
Every time I've visited this place to order a large coffee with cream and Splenda, they always seem to get it wrong. You might as well head to Sheetz instead.
I found that many of the glasses were already half empty, as if someone had already taken a sip from them. Additionally, my order was missing some items. I won't be ordering from here again. Thank you for helping me save the money I've earned through hard work, unlike your establishment, which seems to waste others' money.
