Great food. Love the salsa and chips. You can make a meal of just that. Good people. Will go to again.

Hear me out. I know it's just chipotle... But I can honestly say this is the best chipotle in northeast Ohio. I travel 30 min to go to this one every time now. Everytime I've walked into smiles and genuinely good attitudes from the staff. The food is always fresh and hot, the building is always clean. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Thank you for being consistent everytime and keep it up! I've told multiple people they have to go there and they all agree.

It's Chipotle you know the food. Service at this location can be hit or miss. The freshness of the food too. When they're on its great and when they're not its blah.

Something was wrong with the steak tacos. I only ate one, and I ended up horribly sick later that night. My son and fiance ate the other two tacos, and they ended up with the same horrible stomach pains and terribly sick.

If you can't get a to-go order correct you shouldn't be in business, it's as simple as double checking an order before you put it on the shelf. Never going to this Chipotle again.
