Subway - Street Southwest, Alabaster

My sandwiches weren't warmed meatball subs now my children and I were looked at like we didn't belong inside racism still heavy strong me being the sista I am with my daughter I showed her how to maintain her composure keep it educated classy.

They were so busy but I was amazed at how they handled everyone so quickly while still being nice.my sandwich tastes just like it does at all the other ones ????????

Really really unprofessional. I don?t think the staff wanted to work on Sunday so they put a handwritten ?cash only? sign up. After getting there I then went out of my way and got cash. 3 employees were chitchatting and immediately went in the back when we walked in. 2 girls eventually came out and one refused to help us and made the other girl do it (though there was no one else in there). They didn?t pay attention to our order because they were too busy giggling and talking

Horrible food, unorganized and very rude service. One girl actually cut here eyes at me because I said something about them burning my pizza. I ended up not eating it because it was so bad. My dogs were happy though. I do not recommend this place.

I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, especially because of the girl that took care of us she was very nice and professional, but unfortunately the cashier (a guy) was ridiculously rude, his only job was to do just exactly that, charge the customers GIVE THEM THEIR RECEIPT, BE NICE!!!!
